Hey check that out...looks like a fun place to land a helicopter, so we did. This is a "secret" place in the Santa Monica Mountains.

A Night Above L.A.

Recently I was hired to capture views for the new Ritz Carlton at LA Live in Downtown Los Angeles. The assignment included daytime and nighttime photography from the unfinshed floors, between Floors 22 and 26. Plus, aerial views from the Penthouse level, both day and night.

My favorite part of the assignment was the challange of nighttime aerial photography, low-light, long exposure from a moving / vibrating helicopter..



The challenge was on...
